Our Sales Training Program begins by partnering our new associates with the Training and Development team who will guide them through the sales training program and provide them opportunities to learn from various senior brokers within the company. Our new associates will also be enrolled in our yearlong sales training program. The sales training program will accelerate our sales associates’ skills and mindsets to kick start their commercial real estate careers, the Franklin Street way. This program was created by commercial real estate professionals and continues to evolve in response to real-time trainee feedback as our associates progress in their careers. This is a training program that will truly take the industry by storm. Training covers topics such as prospecting, cold calling, marketing, networking, developing centers of influence, closing tactics, goal setting, and referrals. The workbook portion of this handbook will allow you to follow along with each of the sales training classes that take place.
