Kaitlyn Schoerner is Director for Franklin Street’s Landlord Services Team in the Atlanta office. In her role, Mrs. Schoerner uses her expertise in strategic marketing and market analysis to curate tenants whose occupancies maximize the value of a client’s property.

A member of the Franklin Street team since 2018, Kaitlyn has worked with a diverse range of properties throughout the Southeast, including working with Toro Development Co. on Medley in John’s Creek, along with groups such as Site Centers, Curbline, and Brixmor.

She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Georgia and Alabama.
