Alex Ostendorf serves as an Assistant Project Manager for Franklin Street’s Atlanta office. In this role, he is responsible for assisting project managers in overseeing and delivering commercial real estate projects, development services, and managing projects, including exterior facelifts, interior remodels and build-to-suits (or design-builds).
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Ostendorf worked as an Exclusive Buyer Consultant at Mark Spain Real Estate, where he acted as an intermediary in negotiations between property buyers and sellers, generally representing clients on the acquisition side of the transaction in the Greater Atlanta area. He was recognized as the firm’s Buyer’s Agent of the Month multiple time during his tenure there.
Mr. Ostendorf earned bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and in Business Management from Georgia College and State University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Georgia.
