Since joining Franklin Street, Monetha has closed over $300 million in lease transactions. She consistently ranks as a top producer within Franklin Street, earning its Top Earner Award and Largest Leasing Fee Award, as well as its Leadership Award for outstanding leadership skills. Having, recently been named regional managing director of Franklin Street’s Atlanta business operations for all lines of business.
