Jessica Branch

Jessica Branch serves as Director with Franklin Street’s Retail Services Team in Atlanta. She specializes in tenant representation, retail/restaurant leasing, and site selection for local, regional, and national retail clients. 

She discovered her true career calling after getting some valuable experience in the fields of retail sales and marketing. Her colleagues encouraged Ms. Branch to earn a real estate salesperson license. From there, she went on to attend many YARA (Young Atlanta Retail Associates) and AYREP (Atlanta Young Real Estate Professionals) networking events, where Ms. Branch developed a strong connection with retail commercial real estate. 

Retail Tenant Representation allows Ms. Branch to combine her people skills and passion for retail into one career. She’s always excited to read about and experience the latest industry trends. She also loves the challenge of building successful partnerships with her clients. 

Ms. Branch is passionate about working out or doing anything that involves being active outdoors. As an Atlanta native, she is educated about unique local food spots to eat at with friends, but also enjoys cooking new cuisines and traveling to different cities. Ms. Branch loves giving back to our community by volunteering at the Atlanta Mission Women and Children’s Shelter in downtown Atlanta.

Ms. Branch earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Georgia. She is recognized as a 2022 Next Generation Award Winner by Connect Media. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Georgia.
