Franklin Street Represents First Watch in Securing New Greater Atlanta Location

First Watch opened at Woodlawn Point Shopping Center in Marietta in early April

ATLANTA (April 13, 2023)Franklin Street has represented First Watch in leasing a 3,720-square-foot, free-standing building in the heart of East Cobb, a popular suburb of Atlanta situated approximately 15 miles northwest of the city’s center. The location, for which the lease was completed in April 2020, is Florida-based First Watch’s newest eatery in the Greater Atlanta market and second in Marietta/East Cobb.

Franklin Street’s Retail Services Team of Greg Eisenman, Jessica Branch and Zach Kerker represented First Watch, one of the nation’s leading breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant chains, in the procurement of the transaction.

Situated at 1080 Johnson Ferry Rd., the building is located in one of Atlanta’s most affluent suburban areas, featuring high traffic volume and a strong retail shopping presence with tenants including Publix, Petco, FedEx Office and Chase Bank.
