East Bay Plaza, at U.S. Highway 19 and East Bay Drive in Largo, has changed hands for $2.95 million. Jonathan Graber and Rafeal Wright of Franklin Street represented the seller, East Bay Plaza Integra, in an all-cash deal with the buyer, Warner Enterprises LLC of California.

The property is located at 5403 Old National Highway in southwest Atlanta, three miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The newly constructed store comes with a 10-year lease and corporate guarantee. Mac McCall and Bryan Belk of Franklin Street Real Estate Services represented the seller, a local developer, in the transaction. The buyer was based in California.
