At our Bisnow 2014 Atlanta Forecast, we met up with Franklin Street Real Estate Services’ Ricky Jones fresh from brokering the sale of the Ponce De Leon Hotel. Nazar Properties purchased the 58-room, 19k SF extended-stay hotel for an undisclosed sum from the long-time family who owned it.

River Oaks Sold for $8.8M

A private investor acquired the River Oaks apartments at 4102 Oak Knoll Ct. in Tampa, FL from WISCO LLC for $8.8 million, or about $34,000 per unit.
