Blue Rock Partners LLC purchased the 194-unit Colonial Ridge Apartments at 649 W. Cannon Ridge Dr. in Orlando, FL from Frogg Florida LLC for $14.2 million, or about $73,000 per unit. Franklin Street Represented the buyer.
