Tampa-based Blue Rock Partners LLC, in partnership with Konover South LLC, purchased Colonial Ridge Apartment Homes for $14.2 million. The 194-unit property, which is at 649 Cannon Ridge Drive, Orlando, was Blue Rock’s second Orlando apartment acquisition in five weeks.
