Commercial real estate services firm Franklin Street has debuted its sixth office, in Orlando.
“It makes sense for us to connect the dots along the I-4 corridor,” says Kurt Keaton, president of Franklin Street’s real estate and management division, who will be based out of the new office.
Franklin Street maintains offices in Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Jacksonville, along with its Tampa headquarters.
Keaton expects to add seven property managers and agents in June to the Orlando operation, and have 40 employees there by the end of 2018.
Franklin Street also hopes to pick up management of a 1 million-square-foot office portfolio in Orlando, and eventually expand service lines to include tenant representation, office and retail leasing and multifamily management.
