LIBERAL, KS (October 26, 2023) – Franklin Street has arranged the sale of Liberal Storage Units, an 8.08-acre, 54-260-net-rentable-square-foot self-storage facility in Liberal, Kansas.
Franklin Street’s National Self-Storage Team of Frank DeSalvo and David Perlleshi arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Chicago-based Liberal KS Self Storage, LLC. The buyer was KOSF III – Liberal, LLC.
Built in phases between 1983 and 2003, Liberal Storage Units features upgraded metal roofs and is fully remotely operated.
