The Florida-based staffing firm will relocate in spring 2024
TAMPA, FL (May 11, 2023) – Franklin Street has represented SkyBridge Resources in leasing a 22,000-square-foot office space at Meridian One, a 199,369-square-foot Class A office building in Tampa, Florida.
Franklin Street’s Office & Industrial Services Team of Chad Rupp and Kyle Chaikin represented the tenant Tampa, Florida-based SkyBridge Resources, a premier staffing company. The landlord is Raleigh, North Carolina-based Highwoods.
Built in 1986, the office building features on-site amenities including a fitness center, conference room and two cafes.
The space at Meridian One, 4350 W Cypress St., is conveniently located near I-275, making it easily recognizable to daily traffic of 400,000 vehicles. Additionally, the office building is within a short distance of the finest shopping, dining, sports and entertainment, including Tampa International Airport, International Plaza and Bay Street.
