Kyle Chaikin serves as Senior Director with Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Team in Tampa. Mr. Chaikin specializes in representing and advising office and industrial clients for the acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of real estate assets and leases throughout Tampa Bay and West Florida. Previously, Mr. Chaikin served as an Analyst for Franklin Street, performing complex financial and economic research/analysis of commercial real estate properties.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Chaikin worked as an analyst for Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for sourcing, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting commercial real estate trends and statistics for business development, client advising, and reporting for the Tampa Bay MSA. He also served as an analyst for the CoStar Group in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Chaikin earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Maryland.
