Brandon Lerner serves as a Senior Associate on Franklin Street’s Medical Office Investment Sales team. Collaborating with senior leadership, including Gary Heeseman, Paul Timmons, and John Vincent, Mr. Lerner contributes to the launch and growth of this specialized investment sales team in South Florida. He focuses on market analysis, identifying trends, and delivering tailored solutions to clients investing in medical office assets.

Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Lerner pursued his education at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. There, he earned a degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate and Marketing. His academic foundation, combined with his hands-on experience, equips him with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of commercial real estate.

Before joining Franklin Street, Mr. Lerner worked at a startup residential investment firm, where he excelled as the top-producing agent. This experience honed his ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional results for clients.

Mr. Lerner recently completed Franklin Street’s Accelerator Associate Program, gaining in-depth knowledge of the firm’s services and core values: Collaboration, Integrity, Hard Work, Accountability, and Innovation. He is also a licensed real estate associate in both Florida and Colorado, which allows him to provide clients with insights across multiple markets.
