Paul Timmons serves as Director for Franklin Street’s Healthcare Investment Sales in Charlotte, N.C. Mr. Timmons serves as a trusted advisor, primarily focusing on assisting REITs, developers, family offices, private investors, and owner-users in the acquisition and disposition of their healthcare real estate assets. Mr. Timmons focuses on healthcare assets throughout the southeast and is able to provide his clients with top notch services and solutions through every stage of their investment.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Timmons worked as an Investment Sales Advisor with Sands Investment Group (SIG). While at SIG, Mr. Timmons closed over $60M in transaction volume. Mr. Timmons was able to have success through his understanding of the market and approach to each deal not as a transaction but an opportunity to build a long term relationship with his clients. While at SIG he was recognized as one of the most consistent brokers in the company and is focused on producing the best outcome for his clients.

Mr. Timmons is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
