The Inside Lane program is an annual team-building program and change management experience. We identify high performing, future leaders and provide an inside look at the inner workings of Franklin Street. It provides the opportunity to work through a series of projects in a collaborative manner, and builds connections across our firm.
FS University
We provide you with a comprehensive onboarding experience and continuing education opportunities through our database of proprietary training courses and materials. We track learner progress and ensure that you are armed with the knowledge and insights you need to be successful.
Accelerator Associate Program
Our competitive Accelerator Associates complete a two-month intensive training program where they become experts on Franklin Street and how we conduct our business. At the end of the program, participants pitch themselves to the team they hope to join and embark on their career with Franklin Street.
Navigator Program
Our peer mentorship initiative is designed to support new and current team members. We help new team members acclimate to our company culture, values, and ways of working while providing ongoing skill development for new and current team members.
