It provides the opportunity to work through a series of projects in a collaborative manner, and builds connections across our firm.

Our competitive Accelerator Associates complete a two-month intensive training program where they become experts on Franklin Street and how we conduct our business. At the end of the program, participants pitch themselves to the team they hope to join and embark on their career with Franklin Street.
