Gary Heeseman serves as Senior Director for Franklin Street’s Healthcare Investment Sales Team in Charlotte, where he plays a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and success in the Healthcare investment sector. With a focus on Healthcare properties, Mr. Heeseman leads a dynamic team dedicated to serving medical office owners and physicians throughout the Southeast.

Mr. Heeseman’s journey in commercial real estate began during his educational pursuits at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C., where he gained invaluable experience interning with MPV Properties, a full-service firm in Charlotte, N.C. After graduation, Mr. Heeseman joined Owens Realty Capital as an Office Acquisitions Associate honing his skills in underwriting and sales. His passion for real estate and dedication to excellence propelled him to success early in his career.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Heeseman distinguished himself as a top producer with Sand Investments Group, an investment sales firm, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Through his leadership and expertise, he built a high-performing team and achieved strong results in a dynamic market, building his reputation as a trusted advisor and a strong perfomer within the industry.
