The Team, which provides Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and Investment Sales Services in Office and Industrial asset classes throughout the Southeastern United States and beyond, is pleased to report its 2022 recap.
Our Office & Industrial Tenant Representation Division procured over 1.3 million square feet of space on behalf of our clients, not only in the Southeast but nationally, in 2022.
The division’s top producer was Patrick Kelly! Mr. Kelly has worked in a variety of advisory capacities throughout his career in capital markets, development, leasing and sales and is a tremendous resource to the team. Producers Chris Butler and Chad Rupp trailed closely behind in 2022. The two have worked together for over 20 years, specializing in tenant and landlord representation, respectively. With heavy ties to the Tampa Bay community, they work out of Franklin Street’s National Headquarters and provide services to clients across the country.
On the landlord representation side, we have Matthew Alexander who extends the capabilities and capacities of each client he represents. Franklin Street’s landlord representatives managed to advise on $65 million in Transaction Volume and over $430K square feet.
Throughout 2022, the team successfully ushered clients through uncertain market conditions and saw tremendous leasing and sales activity. In 2023, the Office and Industrial Team plans to be at the forefront of representing tenant and landlord interests, while tracking opportunistic and distressed assets on behalf of investors.
