John Dewberry, through D Build and D Solutions, chose Franklin Street as the exclusive retail leasing adviser for Ortega Park, the former Roosevelt Square, which is an open-air retail center undergoing a multimillion-dollar investment into a mixed-use development.
Franklin Street announced Feb. 2 that its Retail Landlord Services team of Ricky Ostrofsky, Carrie Smith and Kaelyn Sreenan are marketing more than 300,000 square feet of newly completed and renovated retail space for lease.
