Cobb has received Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award the last five years in a row. Cobb is a prominent member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves as Immediate Past President on the 2018 board for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta.
