The Winter Haven-based bank, with about $10 billion of assets, will consolidate a smaller nearby branch with build-out plans to accommodate as many as 30 employees. Anchor tenant signage is slated for installation this week.

Franklin Street Regional Managing Partner Yvonne Baker and the group’s director of office and industrial space represented the building’s owner, Steelbridge Capital LLC, managed by Gavin Campbell of Chicago. CBRE’s Nan McCormick and Amanda McClure represented the tenant.

Meanwhile, the bank recently named former Walt Disney World executive Jody Dreyer to its board.
