Adaptive reuse reflects trend of religious organizations repositioning to better serve communities
AUSTIN, Texas —
Franklin Street announced it has brokered the sale of a 12,705-square-foot office building located at 508 Old Austin Hutto Rd. in Pflugerville. The property sits on 1.18 acres and was built in 2013.Franklin Street represented the buyer, Cameron Road Church of Christ, in the transaction, acquiring the property from Government Leases, LLC. New ownership plans to convert the office building into a new church facility.

The acquisition marks a relocation for Cameron Road Church of Christ, moving from North Austin to Pflugerville, which has become a more central location for its growing congregation. The property is located near major retailers and amenities, including Amazon, H-E-B and Walmart, offering convenient access for congregation members.
