Tyler Bynum joined Franklin Street in 2025 as a Director on the Texas multifamily team. Tyler will be focusing on the DFW and Houston markets.

As a veteran with 10+ years of experience in Texas commercial real estate, mainly working value add and new development multifamily projects. With an accounting background Tyler takes a consulting approach to help clients re position properties to be ready for dispositions and or acquisitions in new markets.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Tyler was Vice President of Multifamily at WWC Partners located in Frisco, TX for the past 6 years. Before getting into multifamily investment sales, he spent 5 years in property and construction accounting for firms like Stream, CBRE, and Lincoln Property Company.

Tyler is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended the University of Arkansas with focuses in accounting and Marketing. Married to Melissa Bynum and has called Dallas home for 10 years.
