Ryan Cassidy, Senior Director for Franklin Street Insurance Services, has been working in the insurance industry since 2004, specializing in commercial property and casualty insurance. With a personal portfolio of more than 50,000 multifamily units, which includes nearly 10% of the market share in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties and over 15 million square feet of commercial property, Mr. Cassidy has helped dozens of companies and property owners navigate the risk assessment process to protect themselves from a future of uncertainty. Through careful analysis of each company’s business structure, he has been able to assess each type of risk management program best fitting his client’s needs, saving them hundreds on their insurance costs.
His expertise has been shaped by continuous study of the insurance industry, earning him several risk management certifications including the Associate Risk Manager (ARM) designation—part of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI).
As a company top-performer, he has received several honors including Franklin Street’s Top Earner for the Miami office from 2012-2016, the Sales Achievement Award from 2013-2018, and the 2012 Rookie of the Year.
Mr. Cassidy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
