Patrick Ward is an account executive for Franklin Street and a seasoned commercial real estate professional with broad experience managing corporate portfolios across the United States and internationally. In his prior role as a Senior Transaction Manager with Savills Global Occupier Services, he led transactions in more than 30 countries and all major U.S. markets, advising clients on lease negotiations, dispositions, M&A integration, and portfolio optimization.
Ward is passionate about finding creative approaches and tailored solutions that help organizations utilize their real estate as a tool to drive operational efficiencies, streamline costs, and enhance the workplace experience for their people. His track record includes advising Fortune 500 companies and high-growth firms across a range of industries.
In addition to his real estate work, Ward serves as Executive Director of the CFO Forum, a quarterly roundtable in partnership with Emory University’s Goizueta Business School that provides leading networking and education for finance leaders. Before transitioning into real estate, he worked in politics, serving in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Georgia General Assembly. Patrick lives in East Cobb with his wife, Megan, and their two dogs.
