Logan Wolfington serves as a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales Team in Atlanta, where he specializes in the disposition of multi-tenant retail properties throughout the U.S. with a focus on the Southeast. Mr. Wolfington and his team work closely with private investors, 1031 exchange buyers, developers, Franchisees, REITS, family offices and various institutions across the country.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Wolfington worked for MLP Builders, LLC in Radnor, PA, where he gained valuable experience in the redevelopment of different property types. Additionally, Mr. Wolfington interned with Transwestern Real Estate Services in Atlanta, GA. He worked directly with the Tenant Advisory group, helping deliver client-based services and solutions for office, retail, and industrial properties.
