Justin Clark is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s National Self Storage Investment Sales Team in Tampa FL. Justin brings a diverse background in real estate and business management, leveraging experience gained from notable internships and roles. Justin specializes in guiding clients through all aspects of their commercial property ownership from purchase to Sale. Justin helps his clients understand the in’s and out’s of their properly and is actively finding ways to raise their values

Before joining Franklin Street, Justin completed an internship at Franklin Street in Tampa, FL, where he conducted extensive prospect research on commercial real estate lenders and equity partners, contributing to a proprietary database and assisting in underwriting real estate investment projects. He also gained valuable experience as an intern at Smoral Group, working directly with real estate development and agency operations.

In addition to his professional experience, Justin has been actively involved in community service. He volunteered for the Theta Chi “Dance Marathon,” raising funds for children’s charities, and participated in the Tampa Pig Jig and Special Olympics, supporting causes such as NephCure Kidney International and local special needs athletes.
