Jonathan de Maa specializes in the marketing and sales of retail assets for clients throughout South Florida. As an Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales Team, he is responsible for conducting the underwriting for acquisition and disposition opportunities, performing financial modeling and coordinating due diligence.
Before transitioning to brokerage, Mr. de Maa led Franklin Street’s investment sales marketing and design efforts as a Marketing Design Specialist, helping corporate business lines deliver more automated high-quality templates and branded materials in partnership with internal and third-party developers. Moreover, he assisted in the development of the firm’s internal training program system for associates and staff members.
Mr. de Maa is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida.
He is a graduate of Regent University, where he served on the board of Enactus, a community of student business leaders, and was an active member of Phi-Theta-Kappa. As a part of his studies, he completed an internship with Stratus Live, a business intelligence solutions software firm.
