As Senior Director for Franklin Street’s Retail Services in Tampa, Heather McMillin specializes in Retail Landlord Representation, while working with owners and developers to improve tenant retention, stabilize operating income and maximize the value of retail properties throughout West Florida.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Ms. McMillin served as Senior Leasing Representative for Brixmor Property Group, where she managed the leasing of more than 1.2 million square feet, resulting in $25.9M in lease value during her tenure. Previously, she spent 10 years in a variety of leasing roles for Westfield and held the position of National Sales Director for Better World Books.
Passionate about volunteering, Ms. McMillin has participated in outreach missions overseas while serving her local community through Feeding Tampa Bay & Metropolitan Ministries. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida.
