Andrew Dailidonis brings a strong work ethic and leadership skills to his role with Franklin Street’s Atlanta Multifamily Investment Sales Team. As Senior Associate, Mr. Dailidonis collaborates with this team members to represent investors, ranging from private to institutional, in the disposition and acquisition of all types of multifamily assets throughout Atlanta and the Southeast.
Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Dailidonis served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps stationed in Camp Pendleton, California. While serving, Mr. Dailidonis led his fellow marines as Platoon Commander and Company Executive Officer. He deployed as a Detachment Commander in support of Operation Inherent Resolve in the Middle East.
Following his return to the United States, Mr. Dailidonis worked with CBRE in San Diego within its advisory and transaction service business analytics department. After his honorable discharge in 2021, he transitioned into brokerage by joining Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta-based Multifamily Investment Sales Group in Atlanta, led by John McCalla, where he has quickly become an invaluable asset.
In 2021, the McCalla group sold over 6,928 units totaling $674 million in total transaction volume. They joined Franklin Street in January 2023, where they have continued their high standard for excellence and strong commitment to client service.
