Franklin Street, a commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Tampa, has added two new hires to its commercial retail services team: Jordan Stephens, leasing associate, and Anthony Suarez, investment sales associate. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Stephens served as an associate for InterState Commercial Real Estate in New Jersey. Suarez is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate.
