The Westshore Corporate Center office building at 600 N. Westshore Blvd. in Tampa, FL is fully leased following two recent transactions.
Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. expanded into an additional 15,650 square feet in the building, for a total occupancy there of 55,210 square feet on three floors. Amscot Financial, Inc. renewed its lease for 32,992 square feet on two floors.
The 11-story office building was constructed in 1988 on 2.4 acres in the Westshore submarket of Tampa / St. Petersburg. This marks the first time the property will be fully-occupied since 2001.
