Heritage Insurance, one of largest homeowners insurance companies in the U.S. is relocating its corporate headquarters to Tampa’s Westshore City Center. Franklin Street’s Chad Rupp and Matthew Alexander arranged the 90,000-square-foot lease, which was one of Tampa Bay’s largest office leases in recent years.
