NASHVILLE, TN – Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and insurance firm, has expanded to Nashville with the addition of Jonathan Hawks as Senior Director of Multifamily Investment Sales.
Hawks brings experience from several national brokerage firms and has become a top producer within Nashville’s competitive multifamily market. He will partner with Franklin Street’s existing sales, capital advisory and insurance professionals to provide comprehensive solutions for multifamily investors throughout Tennessee and Kentucky, while building a Nashville-based multifamily investment sales team.
Franklin Street, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, is expanding nationally with a current focus on sunbelt markets. While entering the market through the multifamily investment sales space, the firm plans to open a full-service office with capabilities in capital markets, leasing, insurance, and project and property management across all commercial property types.
