Through her integrity, determination and grit, Monetha has built a name for herself and Franklin Street as a trusted real estate partner. Cobb, a 20-year commercial real estate veteran, was a founding member of Franklin Street’s Atlanta office and helped grow it to the second highest-producing offices in the country, behind its Tampa headquarters. In 2021, Cobb’s team increased transaction volume 67% year over year. As a member of Franklin Street’s board of directors, Cobb influences long-time strategy for the company. She has mentored and hired several up-and-coming female leaders at Franklin Street. She is a member of the diversity committee with the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors and co-founded Retail Happy Hour Hosts to connect retail real estate professionals locally.
