Lombardo brings extensive investment sales experience to his role as Director
CHARLOTTE, January 23, 2024 – Franklin Street has added Joe Lombardo, a commercial real estate expert, to its growing national self-storage investment sales team. With a decade of experience working in the South region of North Carolina, Lombardo brings extensive market knowledge and valuable relationships to his position.
As Director of Self-Storage Investment Sales, Lombardo will work alongside Senior Directors Frank DeSalvo and David Perlleshi, where he will provide comprehensive real estate solutions for owners and investors of self-storage assets located throughout the Carolinas.
Lombardo comes most recently from Sands Investment Group in Charlotte, N.C., for almost four years, where he specialized in the disposition and acquisition of multi-tenant retail centers on behalf of high-net worth investors, institutions, private equity groups, REITs, and private family trusts. Mr. Lombardo has assisted over $100 million in transaction volume during his time at Sands Investment Group.
Previously to SIG, Mr. Lombardo handled the retail acquisitions for Glazer Properties, where his responsibilities included sourcing, underwriting, and financing of retail, office, and multi-family investments. He closed on over $50 million worth of retail and office properties during his tenure.
