JACKSONVILLE, FL (August 30, 2021) – Franklin Street is pleased to announce Ricky Ostrofsky, an accomplished retail leasing specialist in our Jacksonville office, has been promoted to Director of Retail Services.
Ostrofsky, who joined Franklin Street in 2016, focuses on representing landlords of retail properties throughout North Florida in their leasing needs. He helps manage leasing efforts for a 4 million-square-foot portfolio of space in the market, which includes such notable properties as River City Marketplace, the largest retail destination in north Jacksonville.

In his time with Franklin Street, Ostrofsky has represented a variety of private and institutional owners, including RPT Realty, Kimco Realty, Triforce Development, Noble Properties, Westwood Financial, and MAA. He has also played a role in the expansion of many local, regional and national retailers in the Jacksonville market, including Wendy’s, Club Pilates, Captain D’s, Surterra Wellness Centers, T-Mobile, and more.

A committed leader within the retail industry and local community, Ostrofsky is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), having served as Next Generation Chair in 2018 and Idea Exchange Committee Co-Chair in 2019. He also contributes his time to several local nonprofit organizations, including Best Buddies, the Jewish Federation of North Florida and JASMYN.
