Franklin Street relocates its Nashville office to the L&C Tower

NASHVILLE, Tennessee —
Franklin Street, a full service commercial real estate services firm serving institutional clients nationwide, has relocated its Nashville team to the L&C Tower. The move to L&C Tower, which was built in 1957 and located at 401 Church Street, is a significant step in Franklin Street’s continued expansion and investment in the Nashville market.

The L&C Tower, recognized as Nashville’s first skyscraper, is home to Franklin Street’s 6,016 square foot office and is owned by Tricera Capital, a Franklin Street client.
