Franklin Street invests in Orlando expansion, adds institutional experience
ORLANDO, Florida —
Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate services firm operating nationwide and serving diverse clientele from institutional clients to small enterprises, has added Brett Moss to its institutional multifamily investment sales team as managing director. Moss’ hiring comes shortly after Rudy Reudelhuber joined Franklin Street as executive managing director in Orlando following Franklin Street’s acquisition of Hodges Ward Elliott, the premier boutique hotel real estate capital markets advisor, and is a testament to the opportunity Franklin Street sees in the Central Florida market.

Moss works with merchant build multi-family and Build-to-Rent clients and has a proven track record of success as a national leader in the build for rent advisory space, transacting upwards of $4 billion since 2022.

Reudelhuber shared his experience since HWE joined the Franklin Street platform earlier this year.
