Tampa-based commercial real estate brokerage Franklin Street has promoted Tom Kersting, an Aon veteran who had led the company’s Insurance Services division, to managing director.
In his new role, based in Tampa, Kersting will work to “identify and grow client opportunities and services” across all of Franklin Street’s business lines. He will be succeeded in Insurance Services by Andrew Kiernan.
“He knows the high level of service our demand, he understands all the services Franklin Street provides, and he has strong relationships across the entire company,” Franklin Street CEO and Managing Partner Andrew Wright says of Kersting.
