White will lead the expansion of Franklin Street’s Atlanta office occupier service line

Franklin Street, a fully-integrated commercial real estate services firm that operates nationwide and is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, announced today that it hired Atlanta commercial real estate veteran Chris White as Market Leader – Office Occupier Services. In this newly established role, White will spearhead the launch of Franklin Street’s office tenant representation service line in Atlanta, assembling a team of professionals dedicated to advising occupiers across the region.

This year, Franklin Street has expanded its capabilities across its eleven offices while continuing to execute its strategic growth plan. In April, the firm tapped Ralph Smalley to lead its office investment sales team in Atlanta, positioning Franklin Street to deliver a full spectrum of office services in one of its most important markets. The firm expects to make additional hires in the coming months in Atlanta.

White joins Franklin Street with more than 25 years of experience in the Atlanta office occupier business, having previously held leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Savills. He has been recognized as one of the top office tenant representatives in Atlanta, earning recognitions such as Top 10 Atlanta Tenant Representatives from Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Transaction of the Year from Atlanta Business Chronicle. He is also the founder of the CFO Forum, a community of local CFOs that fosters connection and access to research and thought leadership in association with Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
