ZANESVILLE, January 15, 2024 – Franklin Street Self-Storage announced today that it has closed the sale of StakIt Storage of Zanesville, a 14,440-net-rentable-square-foot, 102-unit, non-climate-controlled self-storage facility in Zanesville, Ohio.
Franklin Street represented the seller, Ohio-based Staklt Storage of Zanesville, LLC, and the buyer is Stardust Partners, LLC.
Built in 1993, the self-storage facility has a low saturation rate of 5.1 square feet per capita for self-storage within a five-mile radius. Additionally, the facility offers enough expansion room for an additional 6,600 net rentable square feet.
Situated on a 1.59-acre lot at 5230 Maysville Pike, StakIt Storage of Zanesville is strategically located along Maysville Pike, which sees a traffic count of approximately 6,024 vehicles per day.
The Franklin Street Self-Storage Investment Sales team led by Senior Directors Frank DeSalvo and David Perlleshi brokered the transaction.
