Scott Allen is a Senior Director for Franklin Street’s Tenant Representation Services team based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with a primary focus on office, industrial and retail assets throughout the Southeast. Mr. Allen brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience to Franklin Street. Mr. Allen has focused on mid-to-large cap corporations, law firms, financial service firms, healthcare, municipalities, banks and technology companies. Mr. Allen is well-versed in all facets of the transaction cycle including leasing, sales, build-to suits, acquisition and disposition of assets for his clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Allen worked as Senior Managing Director at TCRE based in Miami, Fla. Previously to that, Mr. Allen was associated with CBRE since 1996, and represented clients including Spherion Staffing, VITAS Healthcare, City of Fort Lauderdale, Citibank and AutoNation.

Mr. Allen has completed transactions nationally totaling over 5 million square feet. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
