Griffin Goudreau is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Institutional Services Group in Tampa, where he is primarily focused on Land Investment Sales throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Goudreau utilizes Franklin Street’s collaborative platform to support the acquisition efforts of real estate developers, as well as representing owners in the disposition of land assets. Additionally, he focuses on site selection services for multifamily, mixed-use and industrial developments. Mr. Goudreau is a senior member of the Institutional Services Group in Franklin Street.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Goudreau worked as a Certified Public Accountant with Moss Adams in San Diego, California. He then transitioned to a financial analyst role for ShopCore, a Blackstone Group portfolio company, where he was responsible for the financial reporting and planning of a $6 billion retail portfolio. Mr. Goudreau moved to Tampa, Florida, in 2021 to pursue development opportunities and brings a keen understanding of the development process. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
