As a specialist in net-leased and shopping center properties across the Southeast, Bryan Belk, Senior Director, provides maximized investment proceeds to his clients by preparing and executing detailed marketing plans, each tailored to the property and investor. Using his national database of more than 50,000 buyers and brokers, Mr. Belk and his team have helped institutions, developers, companies, and individuals achieve top market pricing while consecutively completing seamless transactions. Aligned with Franklin Street’s retail investment sales team, he has helped transact more than $1 billion for commercial real estate clients across the Southeast.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, he served as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap’s national retail group and net lease properties group. He is a market expert in preparing financial and market analysis reports for investment properties across the nation as well as extensive research of market conditions and trends. Since starting his career, Mr. Belk has assisted the team in the closings of more than 200 properties.
Active in the commercial real estate community, Mr. Belk has received several awards including Franklin Street’s 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2010 Sales Achievement Award, the 2014 and 2012 award winner of the highly-regarded Franklin Street Award, the 2012 Franklin Street Breakout Award and in 2010, he earned Franklin Street’s Largest Brokerage Fee. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Young Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA), and the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP).
A graduate of North Carolina State University, Mr. Belk has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Economics and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
