Franklin Street is pleased to announce that our own Evan Seacat, Regional Managing Director in Fort Lauderdale, has received South Florida Business Journal’s prestigious “40 under 40” honor.
The 40 under 40 program recognizes outstanding professionals under the age of 40 based in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties for their leadership, success in business and contributions to their communities. Evan was chosen out of hundreds of professionals nominated for this year’s program.
In his role, Evan oversees a team of 35+ professionals who specialize in all sectors of commercial real estate, including insurance, investment sales, capital and leasing for owners and occupiers of virtually every commercial property type. He also provides strategic guidance on business development efforts while working to grow the firm’s market share across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
Since becoming Regional Managing Director in January 2020, Evan has led the firm’s South Florida team in achieving substantial growth; revenue has increased by 70% in approximately 1.5 years and we’ve added nearly a dozen new professionals, representing 40% growth.
In his dual role as a producer with our Insurance Services team, Evan helps clients achieve success by providing the highest level of service and developing creative solutions to navigate the hard insurance market, which is constantly evolving based on factors like climate change, political environments and commercial real estate market performance.
He and his team’s portfolio comprises more than 60,000 multifamily units, encompassing nearly 10% of the market share in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties and over 25 million square feet of commercial property.
Committed to serving the community, Evan serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County, most recently chairing the organization’s annual golf tournament, which raised nearly $100,000. In his free time, Evan loves to travel, collect LEGO sets and spend time with his wife and two young children.
Please help us congratulate Evan on this highly deserved honor!
