Mr. Seacat will continue to specialize in the insurance and risk management component of owning and managing commercial real estate for multifamily, office, shopping centers, and industrial warehouses. With today’s dynamic environment of the insurance marketplace, Mr. Seacat excels in recognizing industry trends and is able to provide resolutions months prior to clients’ renewal dates. With a personal portfolio of more than 60,000 multifamily units, which includes nearly 10% of the market share in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties and over 25 million square feet of commercial property, he is committed to finding new and unique solutions for his clients’ needs, saving up to 20% on renewals with comprehensive review.
Mr. Seacat is a graduate and former basketball player of Northwestern University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. Mr. Seacat has earned Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award in 2014-2019 and holds the Associate in Insurance Production (AIP) designation.
