The center is part of a 3,000-acre community being built along County Road 210.
Franklin Street announced Dec. 15 it will oversee the retail expansion of the Beachwalk shopping center in St. Johns County.
The master-planned Beachwalk community at County Road 210 near Interstate 95 is a joint venture of the Falcone Group and PEBB Enterprises.
Now under construction, the Beachwalk retail center will have 187,000 square feet of retail space. Restaurant tenants can build next to the property’s 14-acre Crystal Lagoon for outdoor dining.
Franklin Street is recruiting tenants, with Daybreak Market, BurgerFi, Noire The Nail Bar, Supercuts, Whiskey Joe’s Bar & Grill, Fysh Bar & Grill and F45 Training agreeing to open stores.
Carrie Smith, Ricky Ostrofsky and Kaelyn Sreenan will lead the Franklin Street leasing team.
Franklin Street said the Beachwalk and Durbin area has a population of 60,000 with an average household income of $130,000.
“This center will be the hub for this growing area,” Smith said in news release.
Beachwalk is a 3,000-acre community that will include single-family and multifamily homes, a 110-room hotel, retail, dining, offices and industrial.
Franklin Street is a commercial real estate firm founded in 2006 in Tampa with offices in Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando and Atlanta.
