Professional Experience

Terrence Hart specializes in retail tenant representation, landlord leasing, disposition, and development throughout Central Florida. Overseeing the entire Orlando retail leasing business for both the landlord representation team and the retail tenant services group, Mr. Hart focuses on business development initiatives for the office as well as new client relationship opportunities.

Since Joining Franklin Street in July 2016, Mr. Hart has completed landlord and tenant transactions totaling more than $33.9 million. He has worked with numerous retailers, regional and institutional owners, and developer clients including Jimmy John’s, Sweet Tomatoes, RetroFitness, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Lucky’s Supermarket, Publix, Baxter Industries, Florida Blue, Ferber Company, Inland, Inventrust, Equinox Development, Harbco, Consolidated Tomoka, and Tabani Group just to name a few. For his outstanding sales, he also received a CoStar Power Broker Award in 2016 and 2017.

Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Hart served as Vice President for JLL, where he focused on retail agency leasing and tenant representation. Previously, he worked for CNL Lifestyle Properties, a real estate investment trust (REIT), as an acquisitions and asset manager for its $2.2 billion portfolio. With more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Hart began his career in property appraisals, where he learned the business.

He received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Mr. Hart has his real estate sales license in the state of Florida and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
